How long is the full day trip?

Because we have so much for you to see & fun things to do, our trips can run from 8-9 hours

 

How long is the boat ride to Exuma?

For your enjoyment we take a quick powerboat ride which can be as short as 2 hours.

 

Booking Requirements

Online bookings require payment by credit card, which will be charged immediately for the full price of the trip. A confirmation email with your booking details & contact numbers will be sent upon competition of the booking process. Bookings may also be made by telephone. Our office hours are 7AM – 6PM.

 

Are there any restrictions?

This is an adventurous tour, so it is not suitable for expecting mothers, infants or persons with back problems, heart problems or conditions affected by high speed travel.  If you may have difficulty boarding the boat, please let us know if advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The trip is not suitable for children under 2 years.

 

What if the weather is bad?

All of our trips are weather permitting. – if postponed we will contact you to reschedule or reimburse your card.

 

What if I need to cancel or don’t show?

Cancellations or reductions in numbers can be made latest until 48 hours before your trip departure.

Later cancellations are followed by a 100% charge of the amount for your booked trip, for all persons in your party.

No-shows will have the same effect.

What should I bring?

All you have to bring is a sunscreen, a hat, beach towel and an extra change of clothing (just in case). We will take care of the rest!

 

What's Included?

The trip is inclusive of unlimited soft drinks, water and a case of Bahamian beer. Lunch is an additional charge.

For persons arriving on cruise ships:

We do not recommend our full day trips as you will not have enough time.

Persons overnighting in Nassau, Bahamas, you are more than welcomed to book.

 

Are you licensed and insured to perform boat tours?

Yes of course!   We are fully licensed through the Bahamas Port Department under commercial boat registration.  We are also fully insured.  If you or your company would like further proof before coming on board with us, please contact us directly and we’d be happy to provide documentation!

 

What if I arrive late on the day of my excursion?

Due to a strict schedule, and out of respect for other passengers, we are unable to hold the boat any more than 15 minutes for late passengers. No refund will be processed for late passengers.
